a photo and object series that explores the variety of ways that everyday things can interact
with the human body.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Eric Long relocated to Portland (OR) after receiving his BA
in Film & Theatre Arts from the University of New Orleans. He is currently a MFA Visual
Studies candidate at Pacific Northwest College of Art. With a tongue-in-cheek take on
minimalism, he uses a multi-media approach to question everything from societal sexuality
to cultural boredom. He has exhibited in solo and group shows around Portland.
